It's about understanding that every setback, every stumble, is a setup for a greater comeback. Failure is a gift, a note in our lunchbox from the universe titled "Here’s a lesson wrapped in the result of your hard work. Enjoy!" Through trial and error, we’ve learned that it's not the fall that defines us but how we rise after.
To facilitate growth, however, one needs the proper mindset and environment to fail. And so, this foundation of support is the environment we strive to create.
